Serien om periodisering kulminerar med att vi ifrågasätter varandra och forskningen kring periodisering gällande hur man namnger och delar upp olika periodiseringsmetoder. Vi diskuterar om man ska periodisera sin styrketräning, och isåfall hur. Självklart urartar avsnittet till en diskussion om Neymars frivändningar och rehabiliteringsperiodisering.
