Avsnitt 117 – Skadeprevention

Prehab är dagens tema. Vi fokuserar främst på träning som skadeförebyggande åtgärd och diskuterar stretching, styrketräning och “proprioceptiv träning” specifikt. Men vi går också in på belastningsmodifiering som förebyggande åtgärd, och även på framtidens prevention med diverse sci-fi-åtgärder som vi spekulerar kring.
