Ett filosofiskt förvirrat avsnitt som eventuellt speglar kunskapsläget kring ämnet Överträning. Med prehab för engelska uttryck diskuterar vi overreaching, functional och icke-functional sådan, samt the overtraining syndrome i all dess komplexitet. Vi pratar om markörer för syndromet, om vikten av tidig upptäckt samt om lite praktiska implikationer för aktiva och för tränare.
